Dogs and Cats are the typical patients that are seen the most at veterinary hospitals. We are pleased to see exotic pets at our hospital as well. Depending on our veterinarian on duty we see rabbits, pocket pets, reptiles, and birds.
What is a pocket pet? A pocket pet is a small, pocket-sized pet mammal commonly kept as a household pet. The most common pocket pets are rodents such as hamsters, gerbils, fancy mice, fancy rats, common chinchillas, and guinea pigs
We see and treat many types of birds such as chickens, parrots, and cockatiels to name a few. We can trim their nails, wings, and beaks by our trained team members if needed.
Reptile pets are loved here too, snakes and lizards alike! Our trained team knows the specifics to give your reptile the care it needs.
